Our love of comfort food has always been in our blood. Today, we combine our expertise in smoked meats, burgers and poutines to bring you the best comfort food in the country.

Chef-owner Cédrick Vanier, a true cowboy, renowned for his American cuisine and barbecue expertise, ensures that everything that comes out of his kitchen is made with love, just like in the wild west. Everything is handcrafted to ensure that JackFlat customers enjoy an experience they’ll want to relive again and again. Our smoker, made right here in Quebec, will leave no one indifferent. It’s tailor-made for our family dining room. This smoker will add a distinctive aroma, color and texture to all our meats.
